OMBUDSMAN MEDIATION

ROINGO has developed a new genre of collaboration named Ombudsman Mediation.  Traditionally, an ombudsman is the person who investigates complaints and helps achieve equitable solutions.  Mediation is a dispute intervention process that converts differences into resolution and better understanding.
